Aistė Stancikaitė

Aistė Stancikaitė (b. 1988) is a Lithuanian artist living in Berlin, Germany. She specialises in monochromatic drawing and painting techniques. 

Stancikaitė’s philosophy centres around the concept of deconstructing conventional perceptions of reality, only to reconstruct them into a fresh narrative. Her artistry achieves this by seamlessly blending natural proportions with theatrical compositions, offering a subtle glimpse of reality before immersing the viewer in a dreamlike state of bliss through meticulous styling and a monochromatic colour palette.
